TDB, Government of India funding for Skanray

In recognition of Skanray's efforts in industrializing innovative Indian technologies that benefit the rural masses, Technology Development Board of the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India, signed an Agreement funding Skanray Technologies with Rs 4.7 Crores in Nov 2009.

Mr. Dinesh Sharma, Secretary, TDB along with the Senior Scientist and Project Director Mr PS Raju, Chief Scientist Mr. Mahendra Pal and Mr.Sharad Kumar Srivastava, Legal Advisor, TDB are seen along with Mr. K Balasubramanian, Director and CTO, Skanray Technologies and Mr. Vishwaprasad Alva, Managing Director at a function in TDB's New Delhi office signing the agreement. Mr. Dinesh Sharma congratulating Skanray said "We believe Skanray will deliver World class technology to the needy at affordable prices and this funding is to support and encourage entrepreneurs with a dream, growing Innovation with a noble cause". Mr. Alva thanked TDB for the support and assured of becoming a leader in the Global Primary Health care market and serve the cause of the under privileged and the rural masses by making its healthcare equipment best in class at an affordable price.
